Kristina Rampl
Attorney Kristina Rampl focuses her practice exclusively on tax law and estate planning, representing clients throughout the country and abroad. She has advocated cases that involved Offshore Voluntary Disclosures of undisclosed offshore accounts, delinquent FBAR filings, IRS controversy, and business tax issues. Kristina counsels new citizens and residents on their tax reporting obligations and estate planning concerns in the United States by providing an array of strategic options to address each individual case. Attorney Rampl clerked at the Appellate Tax Board in Boston and has experience advising small businesses and individuals facing tax controversy issues at the federal and state level.
Kristina graduated from Boston University School of Law, earning a Master of Laws in Taxation. She completed her undergraduate degree at Boston University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and earned her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston.
Kristina speaks English, Spanish and has a working knowledge of German.
